I’m Valerie Holland, founder of Chief of Staff Solutions, and I help CEOs and entrepreneurs cut through chaos, gain clarity, and lead with confidence.

Before launching my own fractional Chief of Staff practice, I spent years inside executive roles — Director of Operations, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief of Staff — where I learned firsthand how lonely and complex leadership can be. The higher you rise, the less margin you have for everything else that demands your attention.

What I discovered is that even the most capable leaders need a trusted right-hand partner — someone who can translate vision into action, bring structure to the swirl, and manage the details that keep the organization moving forward. That’s where I thrive.

I’m passionate about creating systems that make leadership lighter — helping you make confident decisions, align your team, and focus on growth instead of logistics. My background in finance, operations, and strategic planning, paired with my MBA, gives me a unique ability to blend big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution.
